To celebrate Dyslexia Awareness Month and World Dyslexia Awareness Day we will be sharing some resources and tips for parents of children with dyslexia.
The Nessy program (which we use in school) is giving away free licenses to their 'Understanding Dyslexia' course, to help educators and parents learn more about dyslexia.
Log-on to their website www.nessy.com and use the code TEACHUD at the checkout. The code is valid for up to 3 free licenses per person.
Please find attached a poster from the EA Literacy service containing some uselful information. Our Key Stage 2 classes will complete some activities in school today to raise awareness of dyslexia including a look at some of the most famous and succesful people with the condition!!
