Our Primary 6 class have completed their Department of Foreign Affairs funded programme with their peers in Killyman PS. The programme, which was facilitated by staff from the Speedwell Trust, focussed on five key areas: Teambuilding; Cultural Identity, Prejudice, Stereotyping & Discrimination and Active Citizenship.
The children thoroughly enjoyed making friends and sharing their thoughts and opinions whilst gaining lots of important knowledge and advice.
We hope that the classes will meet-up again in Term 3 for a fun sports day!
