Our Primary 7 children have been working really hard over the last few weeks preparing their home based Famine Projects. The children produced absolutely fantastic projects and the variety was amazing - art work, poetry, information boards, PowerPoints and technology based building! They will be visiting the Ulster American Folk Park soon and will be cooking a variety of potato-based recipes in the Brantry Bard over the coming weeks, as they complete their World Around Us Famine topic.
