Congratulations to Lola in Primary 5 who won a gold medal at the National Karate Championships in Dublin this weekend. This included an amazing semi-final in which Lola delivered a last second head-kick 3-pointer to win by a point being 2 points down with 5 seconds on the clock. Truly inspirational by Lola and an amazing gold at the top level of competition!
