The children in P4 focused on the concept of 'Know Yourself, Grow Yourself' as part of Children's Mental Health Week 2025. The children thought about all of their gifts and talents and shared some of the things they can do with the class. The children discussed ways in which they could improve themselves by focusing on a skill they might like to work on. It was interesting to hear the children's thoughts on this.
The P4 class are always taking part in discussions and are using lots of strategies this year to help make them aware of the importance of their mental health.
