Many thanks to Kelley Fay from KF Performance Psychology, for delivering an excellent workshop on 'coping with the pressures of doing your best' to our Primary 7 class. Kelley gave the class a number of important strategies which will help to alleviate anxieties and fears when they are feeling nervous or under pressure.
