Congratulatuons to Lola in Primary 4 who had major success at two intenernational karate events in Malta over the weekend.
In the kata competition she won gold in her category and bronze in the higher age category. She won gold in her fighting (kumite) competition, against a very big group of strong competitors.
This meant that Lola took home a haul of slverware - Malta International Open: 2 gold & 1 bronze - WKA World Championship: 3 bronze.
Lola showcased her medals at this morning's school assembly to the applause of her fellow pupils - well done Lola!!
