Congratulations to all children who picked up curricular, sporting or accelerated reading awards today at our End of Year Presentations.
We also presented our half-termly Gold Awards to a child in each class for their excellent efforts!
Finally, we announced our house winners. After a huge effort from all of our children throughout the year, the Vikings were crowned champions for the first time! Each house member received a special boxed medal and House Captain Agata in Primary 7 collected the Jean McCorry Cup along with Mr Mone.
We started the day with a farewell mass for our wonderful Primary 7 children. Many thanks to Fr McHugh and Fr Heagney for the lovely ceremony.
A big thank you to our special guests today, past pupil and international cross-country runner Alannah Rose Farley and Peter Donnelly who presented the Michael Donnelly Reading Awards on behalf of his family.
We wish our Primary 7's all the best on their new beginnings in September.
