Many thanks to Dr Eimear Connell, parent of Dara in Primary 1, who visited Mrs O'Lone's class this week as part of their World Around Us topic 'People Who Help Us'. Dr Connell showed the children lots of pictures of how she helps people in hospital. She also took in a variety of medical equipment, so that the class could get a hands-on experience of life as a doctor. Everyone really enjoyed the lesson and learned so much!
