Christopher Colhoun Cup 2018
Our basketballers took part in the inaugural Christopher Colhoun Cup in Donaghmore this week. The competition, which was previously known as the Donaghmore Cup, has been renamed in honour of Mr Christopher Colhoun, who passed away earlier this year. Mr Colhoun, a basketball enthusiast, was the Vice-Principal of St Patrick's PS, Donaghmore. We were delighted to be invited once again to this mixed boys and girls competition and we performed excellently on the day. We lost out to Donaghmore in the semi-finals who went on to win the competition. All schools were delighted with this result, as Mr Colhoun's pupils took the cup home for 2018. Well done once again to all of our boys and girls who once again did our school community proud!
