It's been 5 years since we we picked up the Allianz Cumann na mBunscol Small School of the Year award and we are now delighted to announce that we have been nominated for a further award this year in the category of 'Promotion of Gaelic Games & Culture'.
This nomination is testement to the hard work and effort from our entire school community in ensuring that Gaelic Games are the games of choice for our children and that our children can celebrate and learn about our Irish cultures and traditions.
There were a huge number of entries for this category across the island and it is a major achievement for our school to be shortlisted for the awards along with schools from Wicklow and Antrim.
A delegation of staff will attend the awards in Mullingar on Friday 8th March - we will keep you updated!
