What a week it has been for our Primary 6 and 7 children on the sporting field! Our girls captured both the camogie and football county titles with our boys taking home the football county title. Finally, today, they enjoyed taking part in the Galbally Tournament. Minus a few key players, who have headed off to Cork for the Féile competitions (good luck to all camogs and hurlers involved!!), our girls went to the final only to be defeated in extra-extra time! Our boys battled their way to the semi-finals only to lose out narrowly. A well earned rest for these fantastic children this weekend. Next up; it's the Tennis on Monday; the Academy Cup (football) on Wednesday and the Cabragh Cup (football and netball) on Friday!
