We had a wonderful surprise today in school when Conor McKenna and Michael Conroy arrived with the Sam Maguire and Anglo Celt cups. The whole school welcomed them with great excitement and lots of cheers, even the two Armagh men! The Tyrone stars answered some questions from the P6 & 7 class and had photos taken with all the children, two wonderful role models for the children at Roan St Patrick's. We would like to thank Conor and Michael for taking the time to visit today and for chatting to all the children. Also a word of thanks to the County Board members Cuthbert and Sean who ensured the smooth running of today's events. A very memorable day for our whole school community.
